When one of our clients asked CaseCo to be their General Contractor and build out their newly leased office and workspace, we of course said, “yes.”  When they let us know that they had temporary occupancy approval to work in the space we were supposed to build in, we accommodated.


We worked through staging, scheduling, as well as noise and dust control to build out their space, all the while addressing the demands posed by having to work next to, alongside, overtop, and under millions of dollars of equipment and their on-site employees.  This project presented a number of challenges, but by building trust with the owners, working as a team with the folks in the field, and getting creative with our subs and crews, we were able to deliver successfully to a very satisfied client.
